Welcome St. Xavier Alumnae Association Members to Your Web Site!

Dear St. Xavier Alumnae,

Homecoming Sunday on October 27, 2013 was a beautiful day!  That is all because of the wonderful attendance at the noon Mass at Our Lady of Mercy church followed by the lovely luncheon at the Quidnessett Country Club.  We announced the names of 20 Catholic high school students who received scholarships because of your generous donations.

On behalf of the St. Xavier Alumnae Association, I want to thank you for your generosity to the general scholarship fund and special memorial scholarships.  Donations like yours make it possible to continue excellent Catholic high school education.  The St Francis Xavier Alumnae Association extends to you the sincerely expressed gratitude given by the students and families benefiting from your donations. We know we can count on you for your continual help in future years.

Just a reminder--major expense for the Association is the high cost of printing.  For that we rely on your keeping up with annual dues. Your payment assures the continuation of printing the annual newsletter, homecoming program and scholarship applications.

I feel humbly honored to serve as the 58th president of the St. Xavier Alumnae Association. To keep the current spirit and lasting memories, I look forward to your continued dedication and support during my tenure. You have a powerful impact on meeting the Association’s goal of reducing the heavy burden placed on parents who want to send their children to a Catholic high school. It helps to open the door for hard-working students and their families to the same intellectual and spiritual development that we experienced at St. Francis Xavier Academy.

We look forward to seeing representatives from every class at the next homecoming on October 19, 2014! So, please join us at that time as we honor the 1964 fiftieth reunion class and all classes ending in 4 and 9.

The Lord’s Blessings to all,

Sincerely,
Janice Monaco Pucci, ‘55
